"A kind of center threading positioning device" is the invention patent of Changzhou Huada Kejie Optoelectronic Instrument Co., Ltd, and the invention patent is still valid at present.
In May 2020, our company filed a lawsuit against Changzhou Certain Optoelectronic Technology Co. Suzhou Intermediate People's Court, as the People's Court of First Instance, ruled that the defendant should immediately stop infringing on our invention patent right and compensate for the loss. The defendant appealed against the judgment. The Supreme People's Court made a final judgment on November 7, 2023, rejecting the company's appeal request; it found that the facts of the first-instance judgment were clear, the applicable law was correct, and it should be upheld.
Recently, our company found that there are still some manufacturers and merchants without our authorization, unauthorized manufacture and sale of our company's products of the invention patent, please the relevant companies to immediately stop the infringement. In response to such unlawful infringement, our company will request the relevant departments to carry out investigation and analysis of infringement comparison. If, after comparison and analysis, it is confirmed that the suspected infringing product design features or technical solutions fall within the scope of protection of our invention patent, relevant evidence of infringement will be retained.
We reserve the right to pursue the legal responsibility of any party that continues to infringe the patent in defiance of this statement.
